Raydium LaunchLab: infra-style launches on Solana

LaunchLab is Raydium’s infrastructure-oriented launch surface—closer to controlled pool creation and migration than pure meme curve theater.

The short answer

Raydium LaunchLab is Solana launch infrastructure from the same team that runs one of Solana’s largest AMMs. Unlike a pure “type ticker and hope” meme pad, LaunchLab is framed around liquidity design, pool parameters, and migration into Raydium markets traders already know how to quote. In Trenchables, it appears as the Raydium LaunchLab provider on the Solana rail.

What LaunchLab is for

Meme pads optimize for speed and social discovery. LaunchLab optimizes for structured liquidity: you care about how much SOL seeds the pool, what fee tier the pool uses, and whether LP tokens are burned or locked so a single party cannot yank liquidity on day one.

That does not make the token “safe.” It changes the failure modes. A burned LP can still be a worthless ticker with endless sell pressure from unlocked team wallets.

LaunchLab vs bonding-curve pads

  • Price discovery model. Pump/BONK-style pads use a curve until a graduation threshold. LaunchLab thinking is closer to AMM pool creation and Raydium-native liquidity from the start or via controlled migration.
  • Operator burden. Curve pads hide most pool math. LaunchLab expects you to understand seeding, fees, and LP custody.
  • Buyer mental model. Curve tokens scream “meme race.” LaunchLab tokens often present as “serious project with Raydium liquidity”—still verify everything on-chain.

In Trenchables Launch

  1. Open /launch → Solana → Raydium LaunchLab.
  2. Fill coin metadata (name, ticker, artwork) as usual.
  3. Set LaunchLab parameters the panel exposes: initial SOL seeding, pool fee tier, and LP burn/escrow preference.
  4. Connect wallet, review, sign. Confirm pool and mint addresses on explorer after success.

Related: supply allocation and liquidity for the mental model of liquidity as a separate decision.

Operator checks before you seed SOL

  • Is the fee tier appropriate for the expected trade size and volatility?
  • Who holds mint authority, freeze authority, and remaining team supply?
  • Is LP burned, locked, or sitting in a wallet you control?
  • Do social links and website match the wallets you are about to fund?
